Cross Stitching

Fully Finished Piece

I’m so in love with this. I’m so in love with the way it turned out. I used a coordinating fabric which I cut the same size as my finished piece. With right sides together, I sewed up the sides, leaving a large enough hole so I could turn, then stuff. I pressed it first, so it was nice and smooth.

I purchased the book, Sewing Club, with the intention to stitch them all. This one popped out right away, I mean, look at the colors. it makes me so happy to look at.

Fabric: 32 ct linen scrap from my stash.

Pattern: The Air of Others Summers from the Sewing Club by Black Bird Designs.
