Inspiration for me comes from so many places. In the case of The Magnolia Socks, it was from one of my home decor books, called Color. I love the juxtaposition of the colors; being placed close together with a contrasting effect..

The Magnolia Socks Knitting Pattern is so intriguing, you will be excited to cast on a second pair.
It’s fun to knit, and a great weekend project.
And… the perfect short boot socks.

So, grab your favorite fingering weight yarns (you’ll need a skein and a mini or leftover sock yarn from your previous pair), US Size 1 needle (I used DPNs), a beverage of choice, and sit down to relax with your favorite Netflix show.
My current favorite is Bridgerton! Have you seen it?
Skill level: Intermediate Sock Knitter or anyone comfortable with knitting lace in the round.
What’s Next…
I have another sock pattern on my needles. *I saw that smile* It makes me smile too. I just love a good shortie sock pattern, and that’s what it is again. A quick-just-one-more-round kind of sock pattern. You’ll be having so much fun watching your self-striping yarn change colors, that you’ll want to go one more round.
Don’t worry, I did manage to get dinner ready for my husband. 🙂
Here’s a sneak peek…

Fun, right?!
Today is my office day where I get the newsletter ready, (this) blog post up, and planning for April. I have some fun summertime knits. No heavy blankets or bulky weight yarns. I’m thinking kitchen: dishcloths and tea towels. Though, you never know what I’m going to do or come up with next.
Stay tuned… Follow this blog, Sign up for my NEWSLETTER, and be ready for your next cast on. I gotchoo…
